This is how I use the 3 above mentioned methods combined into 1 raising method. Please read the Individual methods at MRM to fully understand WHY this actually works.
Feeding Schedule (for entire life)
Week 1: | Tablets + Nuts Oil |
Week 2: | Mint Leaf |
Week 3: | Nuts Oil |
Week 4: | Mint Leaf |
Training Schedule for H.A.D. Monsters:
H.A.D. = Any with a Main or Sub of Henger, Arrowhead or Durahan

(Monsters without a H.A.D. Main or Sub)

Additional Information:
Choose Hard Drills and Light Drills that Compliment each other. Don't be afraid to let 1 stat go down to 0. Just don't let it go to 0, then start drills that raise it, then do a drill that drops it again or you are just waising time. Concentrate on your Main stats First then raise the others after you get the main ones near maxxed. |
Use a little Common Sense. You don't want your monster stressed or tired out. If you've gotten a Stress or Tired message, reset and instead of a Hard Drill, do a Light Drill, wing it a bit to fit your style. |
Once monster starts getting high scores in Stat gains (Prime) DO NOT BATTLE OR ERRANTRY. |
Just after PRIME is a Great Time to use "Magic Bananas". If you are training well, you can usually just do it for 1 or 2 years and still be able to Max all stats on a monster by the end of it's life. --Please read below on how to judge Banana Results.-- |
Only go to Errantry during Young stages and Older stages, never during "Prime" |
ONLY go to errantry to get a Tech. if you don't get one, reset or don't go at all. |
Train at least 2 or 3 years with the method above before attempting to battle. I suggest only battling towards the Older stages (when gains drop off). It may be 5 to 7 years old by this time. |
Battle as little as possible, the less you battle the longer your monster lives. SKIP Class Official Tournaments to get to S class in 3 Fights |
To get a LOT of money, (once monster gets to S class), Freeze the monster inbetween Major 4 battles and only bring it out of the freezer to fight in the Major 4 Battles (worth $10,000 a piece). |
Begin the Freezer method at this point (when your Monster is Old and gets poor gains): only raise your Prize Monster to fight in the M4 battles, keep feeding it Nuts Oils every week. |

Ok, so we know that after feeding a monster a Magic Banana that if you get -10 in Loyalty it gives a week of life, and the +10 takes a week of Life.
What about -9, -8, -7 etc, etc.?
I am creating this for testing. I am raising a monster until the Very last week of life. and seeing with the different "- Loyalty #" to see what numbers actually work.
The Monster WAS at 100 loyalty, but resting the last couple of weeks brings him down to 99 Loyalty. It is Dec. Week 1, and he will Die Dec. Week 2 If I rest.
Results:
Loyalty 99 - Feed MB - Loyalty Down to 94 = -5 in Loyalty = Monster Died |
Loyalty 99 - Feed MB - Loyalty Down to 89 = -10 in Loyalty = Monster Lives |
OK.. for the NEXT part of the test, with such High Loyalty i am only getting -5 or -10, so i am going to continue this method until Low Loyalty, when the numbers start breaking the Norm.
The rest of this Data is me feeding MBs until he gets to Low Loyalty... now I make a strange discovery:

Loyalty: 11 - Feed MB - Loyalty Down to 06 = -5 in Loyalty = Monster Lived!! |
Loyalty: 09 - Feed MB - Loyalty Down to 04 = -5 in Loyalty = Monster Lived!! |
Loyalty: 05 - Feed MB - Loyalty Down to 0 = -5 in Loyalty = Monster Lived!! |
Loyalty: 04 - Feed MB - Loyalty Down to 0 = -4 in Loyalty = Monster Lived!! |
Loyalty: 02 - Feed MB - Loyalty Down to 0 = -2 in Loyalty = Monster Lived!! |
Loyalty: 0 - Feed MB - Loyalty Down to 0 = -0 in Loyalty = Monster Lived!! |
So.. when does the change occur from -10 to gain a week of life, to -5 to gain a week of life? (starting back over at 100 and testing Every Loyalty Drop of -5 until it gets me the +1 week of Life)
Hours have gone by. So Far from Loyalty 100 down to Loyalty 38 I can get only a -10 when the Bananas Drop the Loyalty. |
However.. When at Loyalty 32 I got a -9. Loyalty: 32 - Feed MB - Loyalty Down to 23 = -9 in Loyalty = Monster Lived!! |
This brings me down to 23 Loyalty, which was proven only needs a -5 to gain the week of life. |
Conclusion: Loyalty about 30 or less requires only the -5 in loyalty to gain 1 week of lifespan. Loyalty about 35 or higher requires -10 in loyalty to gain 1 week of lifespan. |
